NPC Ignites conference session:

C1: Getting your governance fit for purpose
Governance needs to keep pace with this fast moving world. Decision-making needs to be quick and agile whilst still managing risk. This means many traditional styles of governance are no longer fit for purpose.

This session will explore what cutting edge governance looks like, considering such questions as:

  • Agile governance: the new normal or just a fad?
  • How can digital help us adapt to a rapidly changing world?
  • How and when can organisations involve users, and wider stakeholders, in governance?
