Nathan joined NPC as Head of Policy and External Affairs in January 2018. Before joining NPC, Nathan was Strategic Policy Adviser at the London Borough of Sutton, responsible for the development and promotion of The Sutton Plan—a place-based vision for all public services, private sector partners and voluntary organisations operating across the borough. He has also worked in Parliament, for BBC News and as Head of the Labour Group Office at the Local Government Association (LGA).
Nathan is a trustee of TRAC2, a small anti-poverty and crisis-prevention charity based in his home town of Pontypool.
