Rosemary Frazer is Campaigns Manager at Scope. She is a wheelchair user and a lifelong campaigner on disability rights and has been involved in campaigning in the voluntary sector for over 20 years at a range of small and large disability and health charities. In recent years her focus has been on building the capacity of individuals to take forward their own campaigns and her current project, Scope for Change, is aimed at equipping young disabled adults with the tools and tactics needed to tackle disability discrimination and improve the life chances of disabled people in their communities.
