Rosie is a senior consultant in NPC’s measurement and evaluation team, helping charities and funders to understand, measure and communicate their impact. She focuses on the design of measurement frameworks and tools, and is currently leading working with a range of charities to develop theories of change and measurement approaches. Rosie is also supporting the design and delivery of a large-scale study on the role of faith among faith-based charities, exploring how this interacts with mission, relationships and approaches to understanding impact.
Rosie is an experienced social researcher, joining NPC after seven years at TNS BMRB where she led studies across a range of policy areas for central Government and other public sector clients. Rosie specialises in qualitative research, behavioural insight and mixed-method evaluations, with a keen interest in participatory approaches and capacity building.
